I see therapy as a collaborative process, meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as we navigate challenges together.
I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds facing relational challenges, life transitions, immigration-related stress, trauma, emotional dysregulation, anger management, self-esteem concerns, depression, and anxiety. My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
