Hi—I’m Alya. If you feel like your body is on constant alert, shut down, or no longer your own, you're not broken—you’ve been in survival mode for too long. As a trauma‑informed somatic and cognitive therapist, I help clients reconnect with their bodies and nervous systems using polyvagal-informed, body-based techniques to guide healing gently and safely.

With a Master’s in Psychology & Neuroscience from King’s College London and focused work in trauma‑focused CBT, ACT, DBT, and somatic therapy, I blend mind and body strategies to support deep, embodied transformation. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, disconnection, or a chronic health challenge, my approach is highly personalized—meeting you where you are, moving at your pace, and helping your body remember what safety feels like.
